Project Exclusions & Limitations
While we provide a comprehensive end-to-end service, the following items are not included in the standard quotation:
- Advanced Civil Works: Includes standard anchoring only; excludes major structural modifications, roof reinforcements, or masonry.
- Regulatory Fees: DISCOM application charges, net-metering fees, and security deposits are to be borne by the customer.
- Scope Modifications: Work beyond the agreed BOM (e.g., rerouting home wiring or board upgrades) will incur additional charges.
- Financing Costs: Bank processing fees and interest rates are governed by the lender and are not part of the project quote.
- Hidden Site Constraints: Repairs required to address unforeseen structural safety issues are the customer's responsibility.

Financing & Credit Terms
- Third-Party Approval: Loan sanctions, rates, and rejections are at the sole discretion of the Bank/NBFC; Solanova acts only as a facilitator.
- Payment Obligation: If financing is rejected, the customer is responsible for fulfilling all payment milestones via self-funding or alternative sources.
- Documentation: Customers must provide accurate financial documents promptly; Solanova is not liable for delays caused by incomplete submissions.
- Price Revision: Quotations are valid for 15 days. If financing delays exceed this period, Solanova reserves the right to revise project costs based on current market rates.
